How many massage sessions will it take for my pain to go away?

It typically takes multiple sessions to effectively alleviate pain that has developed over years. Expect a series of four to six sessions to significantly reduce discomfort. If minimal improvement is noticed after four sessions, we'll collaboratively determine the next steps. Remember, not all muscular pain responds solely to massage; incorporating physical therapy and chiropractic care can enhance the results of neuromuscular work.
